To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a reduced refund.
Personalised items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or defective.
If your item is faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty items must be returned using a Tracked service.
Return postage costs will be refunded only for faulty or defective items, provided the return meets the conditions outlined above.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
